顯空輪涅諸幻相　一根二道二因果
覺与無明所化現　普賢如來廣大愿
令一切融法界宮　速証圓滿佛陀位

真如体性本無為 法爾自在絕妙境
原本輪涅無此名　覺了法爾即佛陀
眾生無明墮輪回 普愿三界諸有情
証得离言真實義　普賢如來如實曰
真如本性离因緣 法爾原本自在智　

內外增減過犯無 失念暗垢無挂礙　
故爾自顯离染垢 自性原本清淨住　
三界縱惡亦無懼 五欲愛執無貪戀
覺顯無別自然智

自性明空無挂礙 本淨無色無五毒
根本自性具五智　于此五智圓滿境
自顯五智如來佛　廣大無量智慧中
顯現寂靜四十二　勇猛五智威光力
顯現六十飲血尊 本体元明未迷失
我即原始本初佛 悲心發起廣大愿
輪回三界有情眾 了知自然本覺明
直至圓滿無量智
　
我之化身無間斷　剎那化現無量尊
一切所求善調伏
　
我發廣大悲宏愿 三界輪回有情眾
六道苦厄悉解脫 眾生無始無明故　
迷失根本之自性 無知失念住黑暗　
此即無明輪回因　從彼惊恐悶絕中　
念動惊醒生怖畏 故起自他貪嗔執
習气熏染漸增長 世間習性隨生起　
五蘊熾盛苦惱逼 五毒惡業無間斷　
眾生迷惑之根源 即是無明与失念　

由我普賢廣大愿
一切皆明自心性　俱生無明蔽本覺
失念迷蒙散亂心 諸相分別因無明　
自他二取執為實 俱生分別与無明
即是眾生顛倒因 由我普賢廣大愿　
令諸輪回有情眾 消除失念之黑暗
清淨能所二取執 了知真實自心性　　
心著二執起猶豫　生起微細貪著心
習气深重令增長　食住衣財及伴侶
親友眷屬五欲等 貪著欲樂熾熱惱
彼令世間惑幻生　由是二取業無盡
貪欲果報成熟時 投生貪惱餓鬼中
常受難忍飢渴苦　由我普賢廣大愿
普令貪欲諸有情　不舍外來貪欲境
不著貪欲生起處　自心安住本明覺
真實覺了松坦住　得証胜妙觀察智

外境所顯諸幻相 念動微細怖畏生
仇怒習气增長嗔　忿起殺害怨敵心
嗔忿果報成熟時　長受地獄苦煎熬
由我普賢廣大愿　普令六道諸眾生
嗔忿猛烈增長時 自心放松莫取舍
真實覺了松坦住　得証胜大圓鏡智　

由于自心起傲慢 于他生諸競爭心
如是猛烈盛傲慢　自他爭斗起苦惱
彼業果報成熟時　暫生天道報盡墮
由我普賢廣大愿　
令傲慢心諸眾生 自心放松明心性　
真實覺了松坦住 得証胜平等性智　　

二取執實染習气
自贊毀他痛苦業 增長爭斗嫉妒心
投生殺戮羅剎道　報盡墮入地獄中
由我普賢廣大愿　
嫉妒爭斗生起時 莫起怨恨心松坦　
真實覺了寬坦住 得証胜成所作智

失念不正及散亂　昏沉迷糊及忘失
昏睡懈怠愚痴者　果報畜生無依怙
由我普賢廣大愿　
令心愚痴黑暗者 顯露淨心住正念
得証法界体性智

三界所有諸眾生　真如体性与佛等
失念故成顛倒因　不斷造諸無義業
猶如夢幻投六道　我即原始普賢佛
化身調伏六道眾　
由我普賢廣大愿
令諸眾生一無余　皆得成就法界中

阿火！

具慈瑜伽大力者　了知自明离惑幻
已發如是廣大愿　聞此誓愿諸眾生
于三世內必成佛　
尤于日蝕月蝕日風災雷暴地震時　冬至夏至或年節
自身觀修為普賢　敬誦此愿于眾前
令諸三界有情眾　由彼瑜伽行者愿
滅苦解脫生死海　獲証究竟佛陀位

原始本初佛普賢王如來為度六道一切有情眾生，發不可思議胜妙大愿，使一切有情眾生不由自主，超脫輪回，即可成佛。功德無量。尤其在不吉祥、遇動、大災大難或高山風口、江海岸邊、眾生聚集處念頌大愿文，极其殊胜，無量功德，眾生听聞后三世之內即可成佛。
